Policies  
Terms and Guarantee's
We fully guarantee the quality of our products. Any defective
product maybe returned for exchange (with
authorization) for a period of 30 days. Products
must be returned in their original packaging with all related
parts and materials included and sent to the authorized address.
Guarantee's on special order items including: Non-stock supplies,
printing of labels or related forms or promotional products
are covered by the specific details with which the order was
consummated. These details should be reviewed carefully and
must be signed and approved for by the responsible individual
with expressed permission to do so. Any error found in an
approved order completed to these specifications is nonrefundable.

Returns
Should you wish to return an item to Hessler
Forms & Labels, you must first contact our sales service
department. A return authorization number (RA#)
will be issued so that items can be inspected and assessed.
Returns / Credits will be authorized under the following
circumstances:

Stock forms may only be returned
if the form has not been discontinued and/or revised since
the order was placed. There is a 15% restocking fee plus
shipping costs for the items ordered in error; the client
is responsible for shipping the item back to Hessler Forms
& Labels undamaged in its original packaging. Forms
used by the customer may not be returned for credit. |

Hessler Forms & Labels will not be
responsible for any orders that were placed in error by
the customer. Customer is responsible for a 15% restocking
fee for the items ordered in error; the client is responsible
for shipping the item back to Hessler Forms & Labels
undamaged in its original packaging. Forms used by the
customer may not be returned for credit. |

Items filled in error by Hessler Forms
& Labels will be exchanged* at no cost to the customer
if reported in 30 days of the order date. (*Exchanges
are to be of equal value. If the replacement product is
of greater value the customer is responsible for the difference
in price.) |

Custom Forms that meet customer approved
specifications and/or artwork may not be returned for
credit. |
Ordering Information

All orders can be paid with
MasterCard, Visa, or American Express Discover credit
cards |

Freight charges will be added to all
orders (except EZ label web orders) |

All domestic shipments will be sent
UPS GROUND (or normal distributor method) unless otherwise
notified by the customer at the time of the order. Shipping
costs depend on the receiving address. |

If any domestic customer wishes their
shipment sent other than UPS, (e.g.: Federal Express)
the customer must notify Hessler personnel prior to
shipment. |

 |
Export shipments will ship via freight
forwarder supplied by the customer. |
| |
 |
Sales tax will be charged on all orders
in the state of Pennsylvania. If a company is exempt
from sales tax, this information must be supplied at
the time the order is placed and a "SIGNED"
state authorized "RESALE TAX CERTIFICATE"
must be faxed to Hessler Enterprises, Inc. at (215)
663-8839 before the order is processed and must be received
before 11:00 am EST the next business day. "NO
EXCEPTIONS". (Pennsylvania ONLY!). Exporters please
contact us regarding the required tax exempt documents. |
